Arkadi was at a party, dancing. Despite being a professional dancer and choreographer, he was not ostentatious but remarkably shy. He was not on the clock: he was simply exploring Brussels' nightlife.

Born in Belarus and later relocating to Israel, Arkadi was shaped by the intense political situations in the places he called home. This exposure led him to explore questions of duality, a theme that runs through both his life and his work.
